NEED SPONSORSHIP is proud to announce the inaugural NEED SPONSORSHIP $25,000 Sponsorship Contest.

NEED SPONSORSHIP is committed to giving back. We are doing so by supporting, promoting, as well as rewarding excellence in sponsorship package creation, development and presentation. The contest is open to anyone and everyone in the racing world, including drivers, race teams, racetracks, sanctioning bodies, races, and special events.

We have made it simple to enter and hopefully for you – easy to win the $25,000 grand prize.

Here’s how it works:

1. Submit your sponsorship package to NEED SPONSORSHIP.
2. Each sponsorship package that is submitted will be judged based on the following five areas:
   1. OVERALL PRESENTATION
      Demonstrate quality and uniqueness in how the sponsorship proposal is delivered.  Boxed, bound or otherwise, a sponsor’s first impression is significantly influenced by what arrives on their desk. Additionally, the order and flow of your presentation is critical to it being positively received by a potential sponsor.  Your sponsorship package represents you and your overall presentation is very important to achieving sponsorship success.
      
      
   2. TELL YOUR STORY
      In 2,500 words or less, tell the Need Sponsorship $25,000 Sponsorship Contest judges what makes your sponsorship unique and valuable. This may include biographies, accomplishments, past history, affiliations, unique experiences, etc.
      
      You are free to say whatever you want to say (as long as you say it in 2,500 words or less). You are only limited by your creativity and imagination.
      
      
   3. PICTURES ARE WORTH 1,000 WORDS
      If you are great with a camera (still and/or video) then this area of the contest is for you. Show the judges in pictures/video why you should win the NEED SPONSORSHIP $25,000 Sponsorship Contest.
      
      Once again, you are only limited by your creativity and imagination. You may submit up to 10 photos and, if you are submitting a video, please limit your video to 3 minutes maximum. So, tell us your sponsorship story in pictures and convince the judges you are “The One.”
      
      
   4. WHAT ARE THE SPONSOR BENEFITS?

   5. SPONSORSHIP FEE
      No matter how good the sponsorship proposal, you can’t avoid one key question … How much does it cost?  The judges want to understand the value you are offering your sponsors and how you justify your fees.
      
      

Judging
Win or lose, every sponsorship package submitted will receive a written critique from our experts to help you improve your overall approach to sponsorship.
During the judging, the NEED SPONSORSHIP $25,000 Sponsorship Contest judges will apply equal weight to all five proposal elements in evaluating each submitted sponsorship package, as follows:
20% - OVERALL PRESENTATION
20% - TELL YOUR STORY
20% - PICTURES ARE WORTH 1,000 WORDS
20% - WHAT ARE THE SPONSOR BENEFITS?
20% - SPONSORSHIP FEE
